Last Month:
Last month we said farewell to our home for the past year at Melvin’s Magic Shop. We had several guests join us including Roger Borgen, Laura and her father Mike. And of course we shared some really great magic. Thank you to all the members who contributed magic to the evening.

David MacDonald has been working tirelessly at redesigning our Assemblies website. If you have not been there to visit, www.sam24.org. Dave did a GREAT job and we really appreciate the time he has been putting in to it. The site has several new features including pictures from our meetings, a TV schedule for upcoming magic programs, and a member directory just to name a few. Hello fellow SAMers. I hope you are all finding the new website useful. Check it for news of upcoming events, view photos of our meetings, or even watch a video of a great magician on our "Clip of the Month" page.
I am writing you to ask for your help. We would like to put a membership directory together on the site. This would be on our "Members Only" page which is password protected so only those with the password can access the directory. It is totally voluntary so if you don't want to be listed you have to do nothing. However, we hope that you will include yourself in the directory. It's quite simple.
All you have to do is follow the link below to a form on our website which will ask you to fill in your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You don't have to include everything. You may wish to only include your email or phone number. That's fine, whatever you can offer is appreciated.
I really hope you take the 60 seconds or so to fill out the form because a membership directory would be a very handy feature to our website. Remember, the directory will be password protected so only members with the password can access it. You won't need it to fill out the form, but to access the Members Only page the login is "Jay" and the password is "Conjuror". Please note that these words are case sensitive.

I have an update on Compeer Braxton Mannar. Helen Patti forwarded an e-mail to me from Braxton. He is doing well and hopes to join us at our next meeting. Braxton underwent knee surgery on December 11th of last year. Please keep him in your paryers.
Upcoming Meetings:
The April meeting will be held on a special night as we welcome Mark Mason of JB Magic. The meeting will be at the firehouse on Monday April 20th. More details to follow.
It is possible that Danny Archer will be available in May for a lecture. More details to follow.
February Meeting:
This month we dust of the magic that we all first learned. It’s Classic Magic Month, so bring your rings, cups and balls, or any effect that is classic to the world of magic. Guests are also welcome to share some magic, so don’t be shy.
